DMDC is a completely customizable dance experience! We encourage you to dance as much or as little as your dancers schedule allows! We offer several styles of dance like jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip hop, and pom as well as a competition team! The best part our competition team has NO requirements. We believe everyone should have the chance to perform on stage no matter their level or schedule limitations.

Rose Conroy-Voza, the founder of DMDC, is a dancer, model, and actress from Pitman, New Jersey. She graduated from Rider University/Princeton Ballet School with a bachelor's degree in Dance Performance.
After moving to Los Angeles, she has been apart of several music videos for artists including The Weeknd, Christina Aguilera, & Becky G. She has also appeared in several commercials and internet ads for brands like DoorDash, Sketchers, Vimeo, Experian, and Huffy Bicycles.
Rose was the movement coordinator and choreographer for NIKE KIDS SPRING 2024 Dance collection campaign. Dance Magazine's October 2020 issue features her in their article titled "Extra Credit" explaining "10 ways to take advantage of everything your university has to offer" written by Rachel Caldwell.
Eva Silverton was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She started dancing at the age of 4 and began competing at dance competitions.
Eva studied at Los Angeles County High School for the Arts in Downtown Los Angeles, where she graduated and received her high school diploma. Eva continued her studies at Alonzo King Lines BFA program and obtained a minor in Arts Administration. While in undergrad she was dancing with Xochipilli Dance Company. She is also a certified Gyrokinesis trainer.
Khalif Morgan is a 25-year-old dancer, performer, and instructor based in Los Angeles. With a strong foundation in musical theatre and a background on competitive dance teams, Khalif brings both passion and precision to every class. His favorite styles include acro, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, pom, and, of course, musical theatre.
A seasoned performer, Khalif has trained to cheer professionally in the NFL and has worked on Broadway, bringing a wealth of real-world experience to his students. Now in his second season with DMDC, Khalif is excited to continue inspiring the next generation of dancers with high energy, expressive movement, and a love for performance.
Maddie began dancing at the age of three in Simi Valley, training in all styles including hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, tap, and ballet. She continued her development under Shannon Mather at Mather Dance Company and is now represented by Go 2 Talent Agency for dance and Evolve Artists for commercial and print work in Los Angeles. Maddie is currently training in acting at The Groundlings Comedy School and Lesly Kahn & Co. Her dance credits include Sesame Street Live, Old Navy, and M3GAN on The Tonight Show. Commercial credits include campaigns for Square, T-Mobile, JCPenney, Adobe, and Round Table Pizza.
